Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 17th, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 1581450 B.C. LTD, operating the Embedible service (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: name, email, login credentials
  • Payment Information: processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
  • Usage Data: logs, device info, cookies, and analytics data
  • Error and Crash Data: collected automatically when issues occur
  • Device Configuration: the code, wiring diagrams, and dashboard layouts you create for your devices

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments and manage subscriptions, monitor usage and fix errors, communicate with you about updates or support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and performance. You can control cookies via your browser settings. We will request your consent before using non-essential cookies.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Amazon Cognito (Authentication): Provides secure login, authentication, and account management. See Amazon Privacy Notice.

Stripe (Payments): Used to process payments securely. See Stripe Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics (Usage Analytics): Helps us understand how the Service is used. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent. See Google Privacy Policy.

Sentry (Error Monitoring): Collects technical details such as device type and error logs. See Sentry Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Embedible does not run AI models or send your data to an AI provider — you connect your own MCP client (e.g. Claude Code), and that client's privacy policy governs how those interactions are handled.

6. International Users

If you access the Service from outside Canada or the United States, your data may be processed in those jurisdictions. For EU users, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Legal Bases for Processing (EU Users)

  • To perform the contract (providing the Service)
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • Based on legitimate interests (improving the Service, preventing fraud)
  • Based on your consent (for non-essential cookies and optional analytics)

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under Canadian PIPEDA and EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, request a portable copy, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our site.
