Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Embedible service (the “Service”), operated by 1581450 B.C. LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider (Stripe).
  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • You may cancel at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or misuse the Service in violation of applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service.

7. Hardware Disclaimer

The Service may interact with or be used in connection with hardware devices. We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, loss of data, or performance issues that may occur to your hardware as a result of using the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to hardware damage.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of BC, Canada.
