• Payments are processed securely by my third-party provider (Stripe).
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to my systems, or misuse the Service in violation of applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with me. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

6. Service Availability

I strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service.

7. Hardware Disclaimer

The Service may interact with or be used in connection with hardware devices. I am not responsible for any damage, malfunction, loss of data, or performance issues that may occur to your hardware as a result of using the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to hardware damage.

9. Termination

I may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of BC, Canada.
